The kit captures the unique design with rotating wings and comes complete with a stand and other details. Package does not include paint or glue needed for assembly.
The Focke Wulf Triebflügel was an experimental project of the German Air Force from the end of the war, designed as a vertical take-off fighter (VTOL) to defend against Allied bombers. Its design included three rotating airframes with jet engines at the ends, which rotated around the fuselage and served as both propellers and wings.
The aircraft never left the design stage, but represented one of the Luftwaffe's most daring concepts. Its advantage lay in its ability to operate from confined spaces, such as cities or forest clearings, without the need for airfield infrastructure.
The MiniArt 1/35 Focke Wulf Triebflügel model presents a detailed version of this project, based on surviving designs and drawings. It includes a building stand, engine, cockpit and armament details that make the model attractive for display as well as part of alternative or experimental dioramas.
This kit is ideal for fans of Luftwaffe '46 projects, experimental technology and unusual aircraft designs.
The package does not include the paint or glue needed for assembly.
